Not Me! Monday

Welcome to Not Me! Monday! This blog carnival was created by MckMama. You can head over to her blog to read what she and everyone else have not been doing this week.

1.  I did NOT spend the entire day on Sunday in my pajamas.  I did NOT rationalize this with "I would be putting my pj's back on to watch the Oscars".  I do NOT have any idea what movies or people are up for the awards this year since I haven't been to the movies for anything other than a G rated film since the year 2000.  I do NOT care less that I know nothing about the movies and I am NOT giddy like a school girl to watch 6 hours of TV.  That is NOT just sad.

2.  I did NOT make a special trip, 20 minutes out of my way, to pick up my girl scout cookies from my nieces.  I did NOT eat an entire box last night and plan on doing the same again tonight but with ice cream this time.

3.  I do NOT need to go to the store to get some ice cream.

4.  I did NOT have the most romantic and fun day with super hot hubby in San Francisco.  I do NOT think I fell in love him all over again because he totally gets me and puts up with me.  I am NOT writing this hoping he will read it and go to the store for that ice cream.   WAIT...I better do it...he will come back with some soy based, non fat, frozen yogurt sorbet type thingy.

Man, you are making the ice cream and cookie combo sound so good! What a great weekend you didnt have! and btw, I never wear my pjs all day!

I too have devoured an entire box of GS cookies in one sitting, and yes it was WORTH IT! I didn't have ice cream though....I'll need to plan ahead next time and have some Bluebell handy....definitely no soy based yogurt stuff. If you're going to have ice cream, my vote is go all out. Of course it is very sweet of your husband to think about your health (hee hee)!
Enjoyed your NOT Me's...Thanks for the comment.

Ooooooo Thin Mints!!

I hadn't seen any of the movies this year later. Is it just me? Seems like years back I actually had seen the movies winning awards!!

You're right about the ice cream unless you repeat the kind of ice cream you want a couple of times and say nothing else will do, that usually works around my house!

I'm really not sure I can wait for my cookies...Friday is a LONG way away. Maybe I'll find some cute girls selling them at a stand somewhere...wait I'd NEVER buy double the amount of cookies, just because I can't be patient...NEVER.

I LOVE your Not Me Monday posts-- I hope you got the right kind of absolutely-not-good-for-you-in-any-way kind of ice cream! If you ate a whole box of thin mints, it doesn't count, because they are... well, so thin.

The oscars...sigh. I just wanted to watch Rob P. present, but will have to catch it on youtube I guess.

Yep, I never wear pjs all day either. That's ridiculous. Love the hope-hubby-gets-this-message comment. FUNNY. I'd do and hope for the same thing!

I wait, and I wait, and I wait. Still nothing. No word on my Facebook presentation. Did you lie to me, Seriously? Don't hurt me like that.

March is my birthday month. You may celebrate me by finally meeting me, along with Counselormama and anyone else we can round up, at Chevy's in Dixon for margaritas and chips.

-Wenda

PS: I think Teri may have a thing for Thin Mints.
