Need I Say More?

My mom has joined The Good Book...Facebook. I KNOW!!!! She has no idea what she is doing on there and clearly does not see the loveliness of it all but, she is trying to be one of "us". I will defriend her if she doesn't, at the very least, post a profile picture.

My dad and stepmom joined FB awhile ago. And then they got my aunts and uncles involved. And now I'm embarrassed to have so many OLD PEOPLE on my friends list.

Ha! My mom and dad are on Facebook now too! It was weird at first but it is a nice way to share pictures. My dad always writes the weirdest stuff on my wall, like notes to my daughter.

My Mom is on it, but under my Dad's name. Like everything else in her life. And she doesn't "get" it. It's awkward (I love that word!).

My mom actually asked me the other day what Facebook is. I shook my head and said "I can't explain", meaning "I won't" even though she wouldn't know where to begin to sign up & get on even if offered 1 million dollars...
